How we got here

We started in 2021 around Vijay Nagar, covering the shifts that fall through on a Saturday evening — a cashier who does not arrive, a promoter short for a sale weekend.

Today we work across Indore with a standby bench in every zone, weekly payouts every Tuesday, and verification on file for everyone we send to an outlet.

What we value

• Booked the night before. A manager should know who is coming before they lock up, not at opening.
• The bench is the promise. Cover is only real if somebody is standing by in that zone.
• Paid on time. Weekly payouts every Tuesday, built from punched attendance.
