The role
The day has two busy edges: the late afternoon when slots go out, and the early morning when drop-outs surface. The middle is steadier — confirmations, bench calls and keeping the zone view clean.
You work in our shift app and a zone-wise bench list, in touch with outlet managers and staff by phone and message. The app takes about a week to learn and a senior coordinator runs your first two weeks of locks with you.
Full-time and remote on a day shift, six days a week, with fixed monthly pay.
What you'll do
- Publish next-day slots for your zones by the 6 pm cut-off
- Track which slots are picked and which are still open at the lock
- Work the standby bench to cover open slots the night before
- Handle morning drop-outs and move a replacement to the outlet
- Keep the zone roster and bench list accurate through the day
What we're looking for
- You have worked with shift staff — as a supervisor, team lead, coordinator or store in-charge
- Comfortable on the phone with managers and staff through a busy hour
- Hindi and working English
- Organised, and calm when a slot is still open at 9 pm
